Lanterns
Two Charleston gas lanterns, close.
The near one is sharp and the far one is not, which is the whole arrangement — all the detail on the first, just the glow from the second. The copper tops have gone verdigris green against warm tan stucco, and both hang on scrolled iron brackets. In each one there is an open flame, small and orange behind old glass. Boxwood runs along the bottom of the frame.
Green, black, cream, and one warm point of light. Simple, and it belongs in an entry hall.
