Broad Street on an overcast day, wet after rain.

Flat light like this is usually a problem, and on this street it is not. With no sun and no shadows the colors on the buildings come up clean and even, which is exactly what you want here. The row runs pink, then cream with a Dutch gable and blue window tracery, then coral, mint, yellow and blue further down. Palmettos stand along the sidewalk. St. Michael's is at the end on the right, white against a white sky.

Pastels and wet asphalt. The most colorful of the Broad Street frames, and the least dramatic.
