Rainbow Row I
Rainbow Row, close in on the window boxes.
Standing tight to the yellow house puts the planting at eye level, which is where it deserves to be — three boxes running along the wall on scrolled iron brackets, filled with green and deep burgundy foliage spilling over the front edges. Behind them the row steps away: mint green with a gas lantern burning on the wall, then pink, then pink again with an arched door. Clipped boxwood runs along the base of the wall.
Yellow, green and pink with black iron through it. The detail print of the row, rather than the wide view.
