St. Michael's Reflection
A church steeple in a puddle, in black and white.
The steeple is not actually in this photograph. What is in it is a puddle on wet asphalt — and the steeple is inside the puddle, upside down and complete, the columns and louvers of the belfry all legible. Around it the road surface is cracked, gritty and scattered with small debris, with a bright streak of light along the puddle's edge on the left. At the top of the frame you can just make out the road and a crosswalk line.
Almost entirely dark, with one bright shape set into it. The least obvious Charleston print I sell.
