Cotton Candy Driftwood II
A single driftwood tree standing on the flats at twilight, shot vertical.
The color overhead is doing something unusual — pink at the top going to lavender, with slate-grey cloud cutting through it — and the wet sand has picked all of it up. A tidal pool runs across the bottom of the frame holding a full reflection of the tree, with footprints tracking through the sand between the two. The tree has one root arching down to the left while the trunk leans the other way.
Soft throughout, with no hard color anywhere in it. An easy print to live with.
