Fog on Shem Creek II
Shem Creek in cold fog, with the boats tied up and nothing moving.
The fog here is blue rather than warm, and that changes the whole character of the creek. A dark red-hulled shrimp boat sits at the dock on the left with her nets hanging green, two white boats beside her, sailboats further out with bare masts. The water did not move at all, so everything repeats below the waterline in a softer version of itself, and the treeline behind has very nearly disappeared.
Cool blue and quiet. It hangs well beside the warm fog frame — and against it.
